      Unreliable bus service and very limited communication with families. They do not seem to know where are children are located while in their care riding the bus. Disgraceful.

      This is zero stars!!!! The ****** worst bus company ever!!! Before I even tell them anything I ask what time did the bus come to my daughter’s stop and *** would call *** and tell me the time they have the bus at my child’s stop.. My child has been out there during the time they say “it came” but why is she constantly being missed? Either someone is lying or the bus driver is messing with the GPS or something because ain’t no way the bus is coming at these times but my child is texting me saying the bus still isn’t here!!!! Shady *** bus company

      Never ride with them they made me late to school, work and are now forcing me back as I have nowhere else to go thats not going to make me pay out of pocket!

      UTS spoke this to client. She understands we do not force people to use the service and there are no specific issues she wants to discuss at this time..

      I've used Universal Transportation Services off and on several occasions for medical appointments. I've lodged several complaints about the inconsistent staff, amount of time waiting for a pickup to and from appointment, to name a few. I made contacts with ****** County J.F.S and with ****** County commissioner's office about the. Nothing seems to be resolved. Today, 02/25/22 put the icing on the cake. I had a doctor's deep into Cincinnati. It took a good hour getting to the location. The worst, the waiting for a return ride. I called about I called about 1:30 p.m. asking for a ride home. UTS calledq saying a van wasn't able to come until 3:15. No problem. I called back asking for an ETA. now it's 5:00 p.m.. They said it might beneficial to find my ride home. Medical staff became concerned. They called UTS because I was experiencing some medical issues. So, they called the sheriff for help. The deputy was given the run around too. So, long story short, I wasn't picked up till 5:45 p.m. I spent four hours waiting for return ride home from UTS. I arrived home at 6:20 p.m. Least to be said, my blood pressure was high and I almost bottomed out. + Making this complaint, I'm hoping for an apology for the amount of time I waited. Also to make others to forlorn others from using them and find alternative rides to medical appointments.

      Customer did not arrive to her appointment until 12:43 and the first call for pick up came at 3:32 PM. Customers are told when they call in during peak times that there may be delays. WE apologize for this long delay.

      in the average, the driver never shows up or shows up 45 late. im *** at my appointment by 5am an the driver shows up 5:15 to 6am

      My son is always late getting picked up and dropped off for school , and today they didn't bother to show up after saying they would. My son IEP says he can't ride alone must have aid or nurse , especially having seizures and narcotics on his person but yet they have him going alone, and I tell them all the time he has autism epilepsy and nonverbal, they couldn't find my son one day driver didn't call in or answer phone he just rode around with my son all day they are very awful company who don't know how to treat our handicap riders children
