              Back in 2023 I attended ******** University, under the impression that they had more help for the one class that I needed to graduate. I was told when I asked for help after I enrolled that there are no options to help for the class that I signed up for and was left in the dark and deceived on their behalf. Key2Recovery called me once, and I spoke to a very dismissive, and rude, it was Shaun S*****. He spoke to me once, and informed me after telling him that I was negotiating with the school that he would reach out to the school. After that I NEVER heard back from Shaun, and this was filed on my credit report without my knowledge. I do not owe this debt as I was deceived by the University, and spoke with the financial office, and they agreed that they deceived me into enrollment based on the emails I provided. I wasn't allowed to speak about this at all and Shaun never contacted me again. I asked for proof of debt, never received it...... and its been months.

              They will not work with you and upcharge past a resonalable amount. Like I'm actively working on paying and ensuring it's payed but they won't lift a soon to be illegal hold on my transcripts so that I can keep my job. I'm facing unemployment now.
