we recently build our home with Cristo Homes, and so far all we've experienced is good customer service and quick response whenever we've experienced any issues. Michelle, Alex H., Alex, Ralph H and Autumn are great to work with.

Cristo Homes is a sham and a waste of time and money. Once you move into your home, even after a 2 HOUR walk-through, you will begin to find all the HIDDEN faults and problems that their contractors HIDE to cover up their SHODDY workmanship, if that can even be said about Cristo Homes?!? Don't waste your time and money! Find a professional, private contractor that will BUILD your HOME according to YOUR liking, not theirs, and will go BEYOND CODE and build you a DECENT, LIVABLE home! Joe and Adam C***** are LEGAL CROOKS. Spend 100s of 1000s on a house only to have many problems long after the warranty expires and to have their case manager act like an insurance company and DENY, DENY, DENY!!! What a joke!

My husband and I had never had a house built and was very nervous. Kelly and Alex H****** made this experience AMAZING!!!! They answered every question we had and went way beyond what was expected.

My wife and I decided to build after long searches in the housing market, and we both decided we wanted to build. My wife ******* and I spent hours just driving around looking for somewhere to build our forever home, when we found Cristo in Hamilton. We toured several of the homes they had open and decided to make an appointment with Kelley with Cristo. We met with Kelley, and she walked through the lots they had open and the different styles of homes they offer. We decided on a lot and started the process of building our dream home. Kelley walked through the process of the house and the options that were available. ******* and I were able to pick from their selections and I tell you that was easy. We met with our builder Alex, and he was great. ******* and I loved our builder, he sincerely cares about you and your home. He walked us through the house building phases step by step. I would recommend Cristo homes all day. We met Autumn at closing, she was great also, we have talked on the phone time to time, and she was also great. We have never met anyone from Cristo that was rude, our decision to build with Cristo was an awesome idea and were happy we did. So, if you are thinking about building, give Cristo a call and give them a call, you won't regret it.

When my family started this process we were very nervous we had people tell us this was not possible for us but Kelly and the team at Cristo walk us through the process every step of the way Kelly and Autumn went above the call of duty they answered every question and help us navigate through the process honestly Kelly and Autumn did More for me and my family then the loan officer and the realtor if I we choose to build again it would be with Cristo Kelly’s professionalism’s and understanding is far more than we expected my daughter wanted to stop by and thank Mrs Kelly and she was sweet and patient with her and Autumn was the nothing short of wonderful I will say that building with Cristo was the best decision my family made when buying out forever home thank you all from the bottom of our hearts we sign our paperwork the same day my sister passed away closing on our home at the end of January was bitter sweet knowing my sister was there in sprit smiling I truly know God sent us to Kelly and we are forever grateful

Our experience with Cristo homes has been really positive. We are thrilled with our home. Everyone that we worked with during our purchase at Cristo were wonderful. Kelley was very personable and helpful as was Autumn and Heather. They were very responsive when we had questions and our superintendent has been helpful and prompt. We still have some things that need to be addressed but they have been thorough so far about following up on things that need attention and are getting them taken care of for us. No experience is perfect, but we are very pleased overall with our experience.

We just built with Cristo this summer, moving in right as fall arrived. Overall, a really good experience. ****** was our sales person who helped us get setup, **** was our construction manager, and we worked with **** a couple times for walkthroughs. We also interacted with an Autumn in the office. Honestly, everyone was great, and were happy with the home.Not perfect, most everything was fixed and to our liking by the time we closed. So the horror stories about builders needing to fix things and not doing it DID NOT apply to us.If we built again, wed feel comfortable using Cristo. Been moved in about 3 months.

My wife and I moved into our new cristo home in October 2021. We absolutely love it! Love the design of the house. It’s exactly what we have always dreamed about. The building process was ok. There were a few things that I wasn’t happy about in the beginning but they were taken care of. Kelley M******* was the bright spot of our buying process. She always went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We will be forever grateful for the work she done for the friendship that she showed to me and my wife. If you’re in the market to build a home go with cristo and make sure to talk to Kelley!

We recently closed on our second Cristo home and have had a great experience both times. Our first home was a Market house that was framed and ready within the time line promised in 2016. We were first time buyers and loved our home, but needed more space. We built a second home with Cristo in the Trails of ********* community and love our new space! Michelle is always such a wealth of knowledge and a straight shooter - she is respectful of your budget and makes helpful suggestions to find out what is most important to you in making final decisions. We had delays in getting finished but that is just the current state of things in the world and not completely unexpected. Overall we have the space we need on a lot we love with the finishes and additions that were important to us. I don't know if I could ever *not* have a brand new house again if we ever decided to move!

Kelly is very professional. Goes beyond meeting all our expectations. We love our new home. Shes the main reason why we chose Cristo and were so grateful. Please consider her and thank us later. Thankful for our irreplaceable friendship. Shes so knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
