I am the Power of Attorney for my sister ****** *****. She is 84 years old, has MS and is non verbal. Yvonne gets her medical supplies from Amerimed, which supplies her with feeding tube equipment and nourishment. She also gets Probiotics from this company until recently. This brings me to the issue of this complaint. Her feeding tube equipment and nourishment is paid through Medicare. But her probiotic nourishment is not covered, therefore requiring us to pay by cash. In July 2023 I ordered 2 bottle of *** ****** probiotic from this by telephone, talking to an employee at that time named Emily. I paid for this product by debit card on July 10th, with a debit card ending in ****. Then in August I ordered by phone talking again to a lady by the name of Emily, one bottle of the *** ******, paid for on August 29 with the same debit card. Then in early September I ordered two more bottles of the *** ****** and paid that bill from a statement sent to me that month. I wrote a check for $46.00. The check number was #802. All this transaction is in my Checking account with ***** Bank. This company is now claiming I never made the payments. I have uploaded a copy of these transactions. I am very disgusted with this company as they appear to be trying to run a scam. I have no reason to make false statements about this transaction when all have been recorded in my checking account at Chase. I have no intentions of ever doing business with this company again as it appears to be trying to run a scam. My relief would be is to ask this company to stop billing me for payments I have already made. Thanking you in advance. O'Retha Philllips, sister and Power of Attorney for ****** *****.
