Do NOT come to this horrific place! The level of incompetence by Cassandra is almost laughable… if it didn’t involve something as serious as treatment resistant depression. I went there for a Spravato assessment. Cassandra seemed nice initially. She did none of the formal mental health questionnaires required for Spravato. What she did was a seemingly random 2 hour deep dive into trauma that I was not ready to talk about. I only felt worse at the end. She told me to call her in 2 weeks if I hadn’t heard from her, that she would get the pre authorization submitted ASAP. 2 weeks later I call her and she’s stumbling over her words, telling me she “doesn’t know what’s going on” but that she’s gonna “resubmit” it while I’m on the phone. I received a denial hours later. The denial was based on her incompetence in filling out a pre-authorization. She asked me to get a letter from my psychiatrist for an appeal, which I did. As soon as I do, she asks for a letter from a psychiatrist at my addiction treatment center. After letting her know that they don’t employ psychiatrists, she calls me a LIAR! Really?! After days of her not submitting the appeal, I ask her what’s going on. She kept blaming me and told me that I needed to call my insurance company. NEVER have I ever had to work so hard to get medication. This is a provider’s job! My insurance company said they sent the information to her and that I would need to get the denial letter from her. She again called me a liar. This practice, and Cassandra specifically, are about as rude, incompetent, lazy, and disorganized as a person could be. This company is a train wreck and I hope that this review saves people a lot of pain by steering as clear away as humanly possible. Cassandra should be ashamed of the way she treated me.
