I purchased a bike from February 9th 2023 and was told my bike was gonna be detailed, two days later when I when to pick the bike up it was infact not detailed. They gave me a gift card to correct the mistake. When I went to go put the bike in my name so my temp plate didn’t expire the bmv informed me they have yet to finish there part of the paperwork and it has been 45 days since purchase. My now temp tag is expired and my bike is unrideable due to being illegal. I contacted them and they said the gm would call me. They want me to make a 3hr round trip on my dime to pick up a new temp plate. I haven’t heard from the gm. Terrible customer service and will not return for any other purchase.Business response

Thanks for bringing your concern to our attention. My understanding is you called and spoke to several of our employees yesterday about your concern. They offered to make you a second temp tag, if the issue is that you live that far away we can certainly have one overnighted to you. I looked up your VIN on Ohio's Title Inquiry website and saw that your title was issued on 2/22/2023. I'm not sure why you're having trouble getting plates or why you waited until now to let us know you were having an issue. Had I known you were expecting a call from me, I would have called you back. My understanding is that due to the manner in which you spoke to my staff, they're not very interested in helping you. I also don't expect them to deal with you after you spoke to them in the manner of which you did. I'll be in the dealership tomorrow afternoon and I will speak with my title clerk and give you a call so that we can resolve this. I purchased a Royal Club membership, before I bought all the product I was told by the Finance Manger that I could cancel these products at anytime. Which she stated the dealership didn't charge her back if we decided to cancel the products. So I called and was able to cancel everything except this product. I spoke with Dave also in finance and stated it was up to the GM of the store if he would cancel the Royal club. I understand on the paint protection they put on the bikes can't be canceled because its a hard product applied to the bike. I would like this to be canceled and reimbursed for this product that I was mislead into buying.Business response

I believe *** ******** is mistaken on what he heard from our Finance Manager. The Royal Club is only cancellable in the event of a repossession or a total loss. It is transferrable to a new owner if he sells the bike or to another motorcycle if he trades it in at Queen City Harley-Davidson. A copy of the contract is attached showing his signature agreeing to the terms of the contract.Customer response

***** *********I am in the auto business and I am 100% correct in what I was told and heard and advised by Lindsey in the finance department who did the paperwork. I asked her if everything is cancelable if I decide that I don’t want anything and she advised yes.
