I purchased an item from the business website, which claimed “100% no risk money back guarantee.” Website also said “Returning the shipment to our warehouse is for free.” The item that I ordered does not meet my needs, and I would like to return it, but I can’t find out how to do the free return. I have called multiple times, and calls go directly to voice mail. I’ve left messages, and no one returns my calls. I’ve sent emails, and there is no response. I’m afraid that if I pay to ship the items back, they will continue to be unresponsive, and I won’t get my refund, and I’ll also be out the cost of shipping.Initial Complaint

We purchased a **** **** LightSaber back in Sept 2022, that was defecting after a month of emails and so forth they sent a part that we needed to change with no instructions. we were able to figure it out and it was working fine. On December 9th I reported to them the lightsaber has no sound and we needed assistance. They claim on their website that the product is under warranty for one year, and I would like to have this fixed for me son. However I have sent three emails, sent message on *********, sent a message through their website, and try calling but the numbers they provided on their site are disconnected. I know that they are still in business because I friend of my son just received an starwars lightsaber last week. These items are very expensive and would like any help you can to resolve this situation. Thank you
