      We have hired P&G Property Solution owned by Gary B**** located near Cincinnati (###-###-####) for replacing roof on my home(located at **** ******* **** ****, ************ *** in later part of 2018. The job was done correctly except one of the Roof vent was defective, and he agreed to replace it. After many emails and voice messages, He agreed to send the fan kit in May2021. But, He did not send anything. Now Mr.B. is not responding to my e-mails or voice messages to provide me fan kit for the fan, that I have indicated that I will installed it. Are you in position to help me and resolve this issue? Thanks in advance for your assistance. ********* ***** ###-###-#### H or ###-###-####**

      *** ***** is correct. I was supposed to mail/ship him a part for his fan. Given out short supply of materials, the part has not been avilable to us to ship.  etc. the shipping of the part has been delayed. I have not received any voice mails from *** *****. The matter will be addressed within the next 3 to 5 buisness days.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. I am willing to wait 3-4days for the problem resolution as indicated by him. Please note that I have sent him 3-4 emails and left few messages for the updates and problem resolution. I have called him many times and couldn’t get hold of him, but only left messages. A few times.

      I would not have filled this complaint if he would have responded the way he told you.

      As of today September 16th,2021, P&G Property Solutions has sent by UPS a replacement for the Attic Fan Control. *** ***** was sent an email with the UPS Tracking number. The UPS package was sent with a Signature Required for him to receive the package. Also *** *****, at the time the project was completed agreed to and was given a $500.00 discount on his project invoice to cover any additional expenses that may be incurred with the Attic Fan portion of his overall project. Now that the contraol unit has been sent by  UPS to *** ***** and he had agreed to the $500.00 credit which was also given to *** *****, P&G Property Solutions considers the complaint now to be closed. If *** ***** is still unhappy, P&G Property Solutions is willing to take the matter to the BBB Arbitration Program to be settled.If *** ***** wishes to do so, please notify P&G Property Solutions of his decision so we may prepare our case. Otherwise no additional repsonse or settlement will be offered by P&G Property Solutions.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included in the attachment. I have also sent an e-mail to Mr. Gary B**** for replacing remaining  missing parts.

      We need to know if you have heard from the business.

      Have they contacted you? Yes. He indicated  on 10/8 that total kit will be shipped this week, which I have not received yet.

      Has this matter been resolved?  Not yet. Hoping it will soon.

      You have closed my complaint prematurely, as company(Mr. B.) did not replace the entire kit. Not only that, Mr. Brown told me on  9/21/21 the following:

      *** *****. I am currently been out of town. I return back to the office on Monday. I will send a complete oh fan replacement do you when I return. Given the amount of time to has gone by I had forgotten that I needed to replace the fan as well. With motor. It will be taken care of.

      On 10/9 I got the following text message:
      *** ***** your new package will be mailed or shipped to you on Monday (10/11)

      On 10/19, I tried to call him but no response, and could not leave a message because his mail box was full.
      So I sent him the following text to his cell #:
      Gary, 
      Tried to call you and couldn't leave a voice mail because your mailbox  is full.
      What are the updates on shipping the roofing vent motor kits and installation instructions.

      No response or call from him since 10/19.

       I am convinced that he will not resolve my issue unless my complaint is reopened. 
      I am requesting you to reopen my complaint.

      As of today, November 17th, 2021 P&G Property Solutions sent a crew to *** ****** House. We installed a complete new Roofing Fan in his roof. *** ***** was originally given a $500.00 credit for the fan when the problem was fisrt known. As of today *** ***** has a brand new attic venting fan. It is *** ****** responsibility to have the fan hooked up to his electric. Given P&G Property Solutions has now provided a new fan plus given *** ***** a $500.00 Credit, he can use the $500.00 to have the fan hooked up by a credtified electrician. Please note the new Fan has a one year warranty as of today November 17th, 2021. However if the fan is not connected by a cretified electrician, the warranty is void.At this time P&G Property Solutions considers the complaint closed.
