The contract was signed on 6/25/21 for the amount of **********. A check was given to Josh S in the amount of $6780.00 for a down payment. After being notified the windows were ready. Installation began on 10/22-23/21. The balance of $6780.00 was paid on 10/25/21. I pointed out to **** that the trim section installed on the interior of the window was the deformed, The top bathroom window sash was broken, exposed fasteners in the large foyer window were visible and the other windows needed to be recaulked. It was agreed by **** these items would be repaired. A scheduled date of 3/4/22 was promised by the owner **** to complete the work. The work was not completed and there has been no effort to resolve this matter on their part. As a result I have obtained legal counsel.

Cincinnati Window Design, LLC. was hired to install windows at my residence. One window for the 1st floor bathroom was delivered to the job site with the sash spring broken, it was promised to be replaced and it was not. The large arch window in the foyer had faulty trim work installed and it was promised to be replaced with a longer section, and it was not. Caulking was installed on the windows in a non-workman like manner, it was not corrected, fasteners used to install the large window in the foyer were visible. Window clips that hold the upper portion of the blinds were broken and promised to be replaced and were not. March 4, 2022 the foreman Josh S stated he would be coming to the residence to oversee work performed with him and his crew, he did not arrive. When two workers for his crew arrived I inquired what were they planning on working on and they informed me they did not know, they were just given a lot of pictures that morning. After speaking with their Supervisor they said they would wait. Next I Observed them leaving with the owner David K stating via text, that I refused to let the worker in the house, which is not true. Also I would like to add the the owner came to the house at least twice and promised all concerns that I mentioned to him would be taken care of. I have text messages that were exchanged between David K Josh S and my self along with the contract and additional photos concerning this claim!
