We spent several weeks exchanging calls and getting them information and pictures they needed to get a pump replaced. We also waited through several delays in them coming out to take a look at our set up. We were patient as they had another big project they were working on. when they eventually made it out to take a look, they gave us a quote and said they could probably come out to do the actual work the next week. Its now been a month and we have not heard back since. Weve sent several very polite messages. Just asking for a follow up and to just let us know if they had ran into delays or could no longer do the work. Very disappointed to run a business and completely ghost people treating you with patience and respect. We will now have to start looking for a new contractor as the busy pool season ramps up.

I needed my liner replaced in my above ground pool. I called these people to have it done. I was told on a Thursday that they would be able to have it done by next Saturday. Didn't know what day. I never did hear from him that week. I called again on the Saturday he said it would be done on and was told that he was going to do it Tuesday evening because of the hot sun. I took the day off and got the sand he needed and everything all set up. It got to be 6 pm that evening and I had not heard a word. Called him again to see what was going on. He tells me that the heat of the day really took it out of him and he could do it Friday or Saturday. I told him it had to be Friday because I was leaving town for the weekend on Saturday. He said OK to Friday Morning. Friday morning came and I messaged him at 9 am. I received no response and no one showed up. I have not heard from him at all. After reading the reviews it seems that this was a blessing in disguise. He also screwed up my neighbors custom liner he installed in their in-ground pool. Stay away from this place. He is cheaper than other places, but you will get what you pay for.Kimble Pools And Maintenance Response

We were super busy and obviously you can't put in a liner in when it's 94 with heat index of 105 and fill it with a hose it will ruin the liner! Also this is the first we heard of your "neighbors " liner. There was nothing wrong with your neighbors liner. There wasn't even a wrinkle in it. As for the reviews on bbb they were all taken care of and pleased.pleaded.. as for cheap we are out to make money not break people. There is not alot of pool company's that will come out and do a liner and charge what we charge. As for that weekend you went away obviously again can not fill with a hose and noone be there or you wouldn't have been pleased with what you came home to.
