      Ok great city cars is saying I owe 700$ and I don't I owe 435 and they are trying to say I'm 31 days past due I'm only ******************************************************************************** and my mother in-law and he doesn't show paperwork nore anything to prove who he is and the sales men named *** who sold me the car said there is 2 sets of paperwork I have a set that shows the dates and the amount and everything please do something about it and I have not received the white title so I can get tags either please contact me this company has bad reviews

      Hi, my name is *****. My phone number is ************. My complaint number is **********, and it's in regards to Great City Cars. They say I owe them $659. I have four receipts, state and otherwise. I need the white title to go get tagged on the car because I'm right on attack and they yet have put it in my name I'm tired overwhelmed with it all the repo guys are not even repo guys they are harassing me and I'm just like I said overwhelmed with it and done thank you you can give me call back like I said six one four seven oh two four one seven one

      i was only passed March 2nd that was the ******************************** off the road then he didn't even provide anything saying who he was or anything but running me off the road while my mother in law in the car and also the 2nd time the other guy tried said he was going to pepper spray me then the last time he lied to the cops and said he didn't see me nore my mother in law in the car while he put us on the tow truck now something needs to be done with this car company and repo company

      I paid a vehicle off months ago . I called these people multiple times but they will not give me my title. They give me the run around or don't answer the phone

      I purchased a 2007 Kia ******* from your dealership on [date of purchase], and I have discovered a major issue with the vehiclethe blinkers are not working. This defect not only makes the car unsafe but also renders it unfit for sale. As you know, functional blinkers are essential for road safety, and selling a car with this issue violates basic safety laws.Additionally, after reviewing the terms and total cost of the deal, I believe I was misled and overcharged for the vehicle. The financing terms, including the high-interest rate, were not clearly explained, and the vehicles actual value is significantly lower than what I have paid. Given these factors, I am requesting a full refund for the purchase price.I am prepared to return the vehicle tomorrow and expect a prompt resolution.       I am writing to follow up on my complaint regarding the purchase of a 2007 Kia ******* from Great City Cars, located at [dealership address]. As I previously mentioned, the vehicle was sold to me with a defect (non-working blinkers), which I believe makes the car unsafe for operation. This issue was not disclosed to me before the sale, and the car should not have been sold in this condition.

       

      Despite my request for a refund, the dealership has offered to repair the issue, but I maintain that the vehicle was sold to me in an unsafe condition, and I am requesting a full refund. I would like to remind you that according to Ohio law, vehicles sold by dealerships must be roadworthy, and selling a vehicle with safety defects constitutes a violation of this requirement.

      I am rejecting this response because: I contacted Great City Cars on several Occasions and they stated that they mailed the title, but they never did. I have never had any issues with mail until this incident. After contacting them they said they was going to send it again. Why wasn't an important document such as a car title sent certified or able to be tracked. They cannot provide the details of what happened to my truck title. I bought and paid for a vehicle from this company and I have Not received a title from this company for a vehicle that I Paid for. I need this company to provide a title as promised in our contract.

      Hi, my complaint number is two two three three zero seven zero eight five My name is the ****** *******. I'm cause make a complaint on the great city cars auto My complaint is they're selling terrible cars at an extremely high amount and Also like This is not it's not right The car I got from them, since I got it from them, it's been giving me problems and such. I ended up actually taking it to an auto shop and they told me the car is not even supposed to be on the road. I haven't even had the car for a complete month. I had it since May, about middle end of May. It hasn't even been for a complete month. It's just a lot of thank you.

      I brought a 2008 Saturn aura back in February and I was in a car accident with a semi truck and I called great city and they gave me a price of 2149 then after two weeks they tell me it's 2549 to pay off the car and then when the insurance company goes to write the check out they say it's 3000 dollars for pay off and I've been trying to contact great city Jane and they have not got back with me and it's been almost 3 months since the accident and I feel that they are trying to rip me off that's why I was told 3 different prices for the pay off

      I purchased '95 green **** Ranger on 6.22.24 as is. I was making paymewnts to them, but they lied to me. I put $500 down. They told me cash or money order. I paid cash.  

      When I bought the car, I was told I would have to pay $285 on 7.6.24, and $230 on 7.20.24. 

      I began calling them after 7.6.24, because the truck was having issues. I know they have a mechanic. And I was asking if they knew how safe the car was adn they were rude and hung up. They told me to call accounting, but they work from home, don't answer the phones, and there i no voice mail for accountign at all.   

      Yesterday, they repossessed the car from my job.  I called and spoke to my sales person, *****. He said it looks like I missed a $230 payment. Then he put **** on the phone. **** said I missed a $515 payment. I told him that I knew nothing about a $515 payment. **** said I ***** have to pay $540 to get the car. He told me to call the towing company, RS Recovery & *************** I called them to ask how I could retgrieve my car. He told me it would cost $1000. I asked when I could pick up my things from the car. He said I could some in next week. I told him I could not call off from work, and he replied, not my problem.

      I am rejecting this response because: I Have Documents and videos in my phone of phone calls and text messages of every conversation I've had with the towing company as well as great city cars . ***** was my salesman and he has not reached out to me or even responded to any text messages or returned any of my calls . One guys that answer the phone he always says **** isn't in or ***** can't take my call at thebmkembt and to call you back and he doesn't even ask for my name or number and just hangs up . I have several phone calls where I'm just asking general information and they are very rude and disrespectful and they hang up every time . The great city cars as well as the towing company *********** services The owner ********** have the recordings where he is very nasty and rude with me over the phone and most of all they are trying to tell me I have to pay 1310 to get my car out they wouldn't let me make an appointment without a third party because they were being rude on the phone and now they are telling me the payment went up because great city cars had a payment due on the 3rd of August.  They anevwr sent me a title when they told me they were going to send a title as well in the mail that's false in the paper work . Great city cars are not telling the truth and it's not okay that I have to pay that 
      To get my car back when they are fraudulent.

      I also was told that if I want to get my property that My sound system that I put in the car has to stay in the car and I can't take it with me that's fraudulent as well can't tell me that I csnt take my property that I paid for and have receipts for it didn't come with the car when I purchased it so it will not be staying in the car . I don't want the car anymore I would really like all my property without paying for personal property and no disruption or altercations.thank you

      We dropped our van off for repiars. I called multiple times thru the 4weeks of waiting for my vehicle to be repaired to find out that they sold it to someone else. I was suppose to be done paying off the van and they forced me into another van with more payments and it cost more. Then they stole my tags and let the new owners use them while they were still in my name.

      We did ********** a favor and helped with repairs, which we didn’t have to do. Multiple attempts were made to contact her, we never heard from her and the vehicle sat for weeks so it went through repossession and went up for sale.

      ********** finally pops up later, so we gave her the benefit of the doubt and put her into another vehicle.

      ********** didn’t make her payments on that vehicle either so the repo company picked up the vehicle. 

      No one used any tags that were hers. We will not be doing business with ********** again. We have nothing else to say about this frivolous complaint. Thank you.
