On September 16th I placed and online order with OLIKPS for 2 2L Hive Alive bee food supplement order #**** for a total cost of $161.32. On September 19 they sent me a tracking number and website to track this order and the website was https://t*********net/en#nums and the tracking number was *************. I had several issues trying to even view this tracking for the order and contacted the company about this and they responded on Oct 3 with: "Your order is on the way. You can track here:https://t*********net/en#nums= Sometimes the status may not update,but it's on the way. You can track it few days later. Thanks." I contacted them on October 18th since I still had not received my order and the tracking stated it was delivered on October 3 but my order was not delivered but a small package was delivered that contained a single pair of socks from the same China shipping this company was using. So clearly this company is sending false packages. I contacted them again on Oct 19th and they said they would resend the package and send me the tracking info again. This time the package was "lost" in the mail so I requested a full refund and after arguing back and forth on emails they finally agreed to process my refund on Nov 16th and said it would take 15-20 days and I still have not received my refund for my order that I never received and its now the 29th of December.
