I decided to get my belly button pierced and after a day I noticed it looked infected irritated and I feel if I should be able to grt my money back I paid also I cant grt the belly ring to come out its screwed in too tight I asked for my money back they refusedBusiness response

complaint ID ********, Due to the nature of body jewelry once the jewelry is placed in a piercing we cannot except refunds or exchanges for hygienic reasons. As stated on our receipts and posted in our store. I attached a copy of the receipt. The client called the health department, and they came in and did an inspection with no violations and two weeks prior we had our annual inspection with no violations.Customer response

can this be taken futher cause I'm not happy with outcome I want refunded
