The estimate was fast and thorough with review of photos of the roof. Also. *****, Who did the estimate as well as the application was courteous and very complete in his discussion of what was going to be done, What was done and then follow up pictures. Great communication throughout the process from start to finish. Very detailed report on our roof before the service (with pictures) and a 2nd report (also with pictures) after the service was complete. As a previous reviewer said, if the product itself to "refresh and renew" the shingles is as good as the service, I will be very satisfied.

Excellent customer service and communication throughout the entire process. O'Shay was very thorough in the inspection of all 16 roofs in our condo complex and addressing all issues before applying Roof Maxx. The cleaning company Roof Maxx of Gahanna contracted, ********** ******** ********, also did an excellent job of cleaning our roofs before application while protecting the shrubbery around the buildings. Our 20 year old shingles look almost like new! Looking forward to seeing how many more years of life we can add to these 30 year grade shingles by using Roof Maxx and will definitely use Roof Maxx of Gahanna for the next application.Review from Tony O
