Placed an order on 11/28/2023 for $17.98 for freeze dried snickers and freeze dried air crunches. I never received the order. I have sent several emails asking about when I could expect to receive my order and all my emails have gone unanswered.Initial Complaint

Ordered products from this company back in November. When I received the items, there were no labels on any of the packages, so I did not know any of the ingredients in any packages sent. I had to dispose of all of them because I have family members who are allergic to certain ingredients and I did not want to chance anything with my mystery ingredient packages. Shouldn't all food items have labels on them telling you what is in each bag? I did not know it was legal to send out food items with no labels. I wrote to the support email address which I supplied back on November 29th and expressed my concern and they did replay that they ran out of original bags and would be happy to send me a replacement minus some that contained nuts- To this day, I still have not received a refund for the items that contained nuts nor have I received replacement packages for the other items- I wrote back on December 13th asking for a status update which has gone unanswered. At this point I would like a full refund because I believe this company is a scam and/or completely unprofessional.
