Zero stars... Well, I suppose the fact that this business is not even BBB accredited should tell you something. Absolutely, horrible customer service. The lady I spoke with was incredibly rude and would not stop talking over me to understand what I needed. Had this company do some exterior door inspections and repairs to my business. (6 entry doors) The gentleman that was out to do the work was nice enough, he was efficient and explained what he did to each door. A credit card had to be provided before we could even make the appointment. After the work was completed, and three phone calls to Cleveland Door Controls requesting a paid invoice or some sort of proof of what was charged to my CC, I was told they do not produce pd invoices, she went on to tell me how it works when you have a plumber come to your house to do work. WHAT??? we are not a residence and as most businesses have procedures and an accounting dept who need proof of CC transactions to balance to. I mentioned that she must be having a bad day, and that we would not be a return customer, she told me "that would be good" I am sure my business will not use Cleveland Door Controls again. I would not recommend using this company unless you typically give your CC to someone and do not care to verify what they may charge to it.
