Horrible company: there intention is clear, they are trying to steal provider's payments. How they are not investigated and shut down is beyond my understanding.

Terrible Company. Terrible Service. Setting up EFT with them was a nightmare. And sometimes they still send virtual credit cards. We are stuck with them because they scammed our medical provider into using them for payments.

Echo Health is a complete joke!! We have opted out of Virtual credit cards only to keep on receiving them!! When you call the customer service representatives are completely rude and uneducated!!! They have tried to state that we have been getting credit cards that entire time, I beg to differ as we have ALWAYS received paper checks. Who in their right mind would want a virtual credit card as payment!!! They will not allow you to speak to a supervisor and do not care if you contact the insurance commissioner's office. DO BETTER ECHO HEALTH. P.S. they are not PCI complaint either!!!

Absolute joke. Company phone numbers ring to solicitations half the time. You can't get someone to send you a paper check. They tell you they are transferring you to someone that will help you and then leave you on hold indefinitely. This company should be put out of business by the BBB and Consumer affairs. They are a sham.

If I could give zero stars I certainly would. I don't think any company that's doing business with ECHO actually did a complete assessment of this company. It has been a complete nightmare trying to get my reimburse from ECHO CLEARING HOUSE. Echo's ledger is stating that my payment was sent via ACH but my bank has confirmed that they never received it. I trust and believe my bank especially because I never had an issue with Change HealthNet with depositing payments electronically. I just wish ECHO would do better as a company!!!!

If I could give echo health a 0 stars I would. For the initial set up I called them no less than 10 times and was put on terminal hold. When the line picks up it automatically hangs up. The second attempt at contacting Echo went the same route. I was calling regarding the auto post that despite submitting the paperwork 4x never happened. When I finally got through to someone after being hung up on 2x, they had never heard of auto posting. This company is severely lacking in communication and skilled employees. The lag time for them to set me up with EFTs was months. Why any insurance company would engage Echo is beyond me. It was not my choice to use this company.

Please be advised that any 3rd party intermediary (such as ECHO) that has inserted themselves between a payer and a provider that 1) charges a fee for ACH; and/or 2) refuses to opt out of virtual cards and/or puts up roadblocks and/or does not honor opt outs, is *potentially* in violation of federal law 45 CFR §162.925(a)(1). And let's not even talk about how such "services" are just a further profit-making scheme and add no value to the farce that is the American healthcare system.

Have experienced all the problems noted in other complaints/reviews. Contacted one of the insurance companies that uses this horrible company and their response was essentially too bad, they handle all our payments now. I do not accept credit or debit cards in my practice and constantly being forced to log on and cancel and wait for payment via paper check is obnoxious, time consuming and ridiculous. Attempts to go through customer service are exercises in futility and wastes of time. This company should be investigated and forced to change their unethical business practices. If could give no stars I would.

I'm tired of calling each time to "opt out" of these evil vcards. Pay to receive our hard earned money? I dont think so. Insurance companies that use Echo should pay us to use the v cards. EFT? fee's apply also? Not Right. Having to opt out of EACH insurance company that uses Echo is a waste of my time not to mention I have to do it each time I receive a V payment whether or not I've previously opt out of said Insurance company. This is more of a hinderance, annoyance and time sucker than it is helpful on our end. I want to opt out with our TIN for all companies involved with Echo, not individually. Now I just received a notice from an insurance company that is going to start using Echo for their payments? Why? Sign me Frustrated.

Tried to call in to opt out. I am receiving about a half/dozen of these payments per week. Agent was rude, not helpful, and certainly not wanting to aid me to opt out. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she hung up on me
