A custom knife sheath was purchased for a specific model knife. The sheath was completed, inspected and sent to myself. The sheath was not made correctly. I literally had to use two hands to place the knife into the sheath and remove it. It was so tight it actually began to damage my knife after I drew it out a second time. The company was contacted, and despite their 100% satisfaction guarantee they told me I was responsible to send the knife back and if, and their opinion, the sheath was fine (no recourse on my part of being able to see/ prove that my knife did not fit though it was the exact model it was ordered for) I would be responsible for paying all of the shipping and an additional $10 fee to get my initial money back. I have never interacted with a company like this. I paid $41 for a custom sheath that does not fit my knife, yet my only option for a return is to send it to the people who made it incorrectly and for them to judge whether it's correctly madeBusiness response
