Cleveland Home Title Transferred a property in my name the. Reversed the transfer and refuse to fund the loan . I have Adt , water and utilities in my name . They have all escrow Funds and will not proceed .Business response

This matter is still a pending transfer. The Seller has an attorney who is fighting w an ex spouse regarding the net funds from this sale/transfer. We will close the transfer when we have clearance from the Seller's attorney. All parties are aware of this. ******** ***** is the BUYER not the Seller.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Due to the title company's Negligence of no communication , updating the Cuyahoga County Auditor website with my name and then reversing 2 weeks later is very deceptive .
I assumed this property was mine and completed a full rehab and moved in . I have receipts and photos . I even called the Auditor's spoke to a representative who confirm it did show my name . I would like the title company to complete the transaction or refund my repair cost , adt contract , moving expense etc due to their error /omission.
The title has the escrow funds of 107k . The seller is willing to sign and keep is funds in escrow to ensure this transaction can go through

This file has NOT closed yet. It is still a pending matter. We are waiting for the SELLER to clear up matters on their end. No one has been dilatory or failed to do their job. Quite to the contrary. I will not waste one more second of time trying to explain this. Good day.Initial Complaint

Cleveland Home Title assessed a $600 fee for delay of closing on a house I bought, when the delay was due entirely to errors they made and delay in getting the closing documents ready. The delay was caused by incomplete Title work, which, when it was delivered to me, I executed the documents and the funds were wired immediately. This is the Title company's delay that caused delay of the settlement, per a detailed timeline of events that sent to the Title company. I did not file this complaint earlier because I have been waiting for the Title company to respond to my request to refund the fee.
