Craig Tax Services Management, This letter to formally express my dissatisfaction and concerns regarding the services I received from your company for the preparation of my 2021 taxes. Despite choosing your company for its purported professionalism and expertise, my experience has been fraught with uncooperative behavior and a lack of responsiveness that has not only inconvenienced me but also jeopardized my financial and legal standing. From the outset, my attempts to communicate with your team for updates and clarifications were repeatedly met with delays and, in some instances, complete silence. This lack of communication became particularly distressing as important tax deadlines approached, leaving me uncertain about my financial obligations and potential penalties. Furthermore, the uncooperative attitude exhibited by your staff, when they did respond, was both unprofessional and counterproductive, significantly hindering the process rather than facilitating a smooth resolution. It is disheartening that I had to consider legal advice for a service that should have been straightforward and stress-free. I urge you to address these concerns within 7-10 business days of receiving this letter. I expect a detailed explanation of how you intend to rectify this situation to my satisfaction. This should include, but not be limited to a refund or a discount on the services rendered and a commitment to improving communication and customer service protocols to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Made an appointment two months before taxes were due. Went to the appointment and he said my taxes didnt look right so he was going to review them and call me the next day. Never called! I called every day and left a message with the receptionist and still never received a phone call back! Finally just showed up at his office and he said he didnt have time to review them and to come back tomorrow. Came back and STILL didnt review them! Finally just asked for documents so I could go get my taxes done somewhere else! He couldnt find my documents!!! By the time he found them, it was three days before taxes were due!!! Had to drive back to his office to pick them up and luckily was able to make a last minute appointment somewhere else with only two days left to file taxes and on a holiday weekend! WORST CUSTOMER ********************** EVER!!!!Review from Cynthia S

Made an appointment over a month ago for 10/9/2021 for 12:00pm. Went around 11:40am and waited for Craig. At noon we called his number and didn't receive an answer. We called back a couple of times a left a message letting him know we were waiting for our noon appointment. He never showed and returned our call Sunday night 10/10/2021. He apologized and stated he forgot to write down the appointment. We rescheduled for the next day, 10/11/2021 for 5:00pm. Went and the same thing happened, we waited until 6:00pm and called several times with no answer. Its now Tuesday afternoon 10/12/2021 and still no call or explanation of why we were stood up for our second appointment. Very disappointed and unprofessional.
