I purchased a product from the website Catstrap.net & on that website it showed a picture of a strap w/ 6 steel aircraft cables. When it arrived it only had 3 aircraft cables & I emailed them & they responded, "Oh, we changed it to make it better." I told them they were committing malicious fraud because pictures show 6 & everything on the website shows 6. Well they changed their website after I emailed them & are refusing to send me a return shipping label. This is what they responded, "Do not appreciate your email. Perfect that you return all product for full refund. No further communications tolerated". When I bought the product it showed 6 cables on the website. I want Catstrap.net to send me a return shipping label & I want to be compensated for having to file a complaint to get a return shipping label. They changed an animated video on their website to show 3 cables but they still have a picture with 6 cables on their website. I thought when a company misleads the customer when they know it is not true it was malicious fraud. They admitted to me they changed it to 3 & said to send it back for a full refund but are refusing to send me a return label.Business response

BBB contacted the business directly. Business stated consumers money was refunded in full upon direct customer contact. The complaint has been resolved.
