,We were in the process of buying this new house that was just built. Contractor was contacted about the bowing siding, sent someone to see it agreed to fix it. We then signed the papers on April 1st 2022. Text messages back and forth because the siding on the house continues to get worst. Sider came, he stated he never had this happen to him. He has come 3 times 2 to fix spot or 2 but still is bowing. Said he would be back July 4 per conversation with **** ***** owner. After no resolution, I requested a meeting on the premises for July 8 on my day off, to get a resolution. I was told by **** he would confirm in the middle of the week to meet me, but no confirmation was made. I called on July 8th and was told by **** ***** it was a new construction and it would be figured out and taken care of. The siding is bowing in spots all over the house and garage. The molding in spots are coming loose and on one slate there is a crack. The strips that came off the garage the sider came and put nails in it to hold it.Business response

The siding was sub contracted. We have been there 3 or 4 times. He is going back out tomorrow. We may have to order more siding. The previous owner picked out the siding from Menards.

The communication is much better this time and that's why I accepted the business response. There is also a limited life time warranty.
