We paid $300 for a snowplow contract. we paid extra for two plows a day at 3 inches. On 2/3/2022 we began to receive snow and they came out to plow at 10:00AM when we only had about three inches of snow. It continued to snow all day February 3 and by the morning of February 4 we had more than 8 inches on our driveway not allowing us to get out. Around noon we called and left message and recived no call back. Around 3:30 we called and noted it had been 29 hours since our last plow. They never came out or called back. Around 4:30 having to get out I cleared the driveway with a snow blower. I am 55 with high blood pressure and diabetes and felt physically ill and exhausted when I finished. We never received a phone call back and explanation. Previously we had trouble on 1/17/2022. We had received heavy snow and it wasnt til late in the day after numerous phone calls that they came out. When they did come out they sent a chevy blazer with a plow that promptly got stuck in our driveway. The driver said he had never plowed before and was only doing this as favor and was angry with us. Eventually they plowed part of the driveway but so poorly that I had to snow blow it anyways. We have pictures. They have come out for other snow falls and plowed and caused significant damage to our lawn. It is clear they have either overbooked, dont know what they are doing or just dont care. They never call back. They have taken our three hundred dollars and basically dont feel they should actually do what they and their contract said. We would like other potential customers to know this is a company to avoid. we would like our money refunded
