We just had a terrible and incredibly stressful experience with WyattWorks. We have heard all their commercials on 95.5 the fish radio, so we called them to deal with our drain blockage last Sunday. The technician came out Monday morning. Firstly, we were quoted $1100 to snake and put a camera down our drain. Then the technician decided NOT to go through the clean-out drain, but to snake the drain in the floor under the utility sink, which has a trap. Then the snake broke and could not be retrieved from our pipes. At that point, we were quoted $4500 to $8700 to come back the next day, tear out our concrete floor, and replace the drain (and retrieve the snake, which he said broke because our blockage was so bad.) We called to file an insurance claim, and the adjuster suggested we get a second opinion. I then called our local plumber who has fixed our blockages previously, and he came out yesterday, ran a camera through the cleanout, saw the tree roots that were causing the problem, snaked and jetted, and our water was flowing again. Same treatment done 5 and 8 years ago with no issues. It cost me $525. THANK GOD we got the 2nd opinion. The plumber that fixed the clog said it was "asinine" to snake through the floor drain that has a trap. I see a lot of excellent reviews here, so maybe it was this particular tech that reflected poorly on the company - maybe he was new. This was our first time calling WyattWorks, and we will not use them again based on this experience. Even if the tech had successfully fixed the problem Monday, it would have cost more than twice as much as we ended up paying.

I give 5+ stars to WyattWorks. Everything from scheduling an appointment and the fast response time, to the technicians who came out to fix our problem was professional. Dan the drain expert fixed our problem faster than we could have hoped for. We will definitely keep WyattWorks at the top of our list for any future work.

Wyatt Works is top notch. Customer Rep very responsive, knowledgeable. Kevin is excellent, professional and an expert plumber. I have been very happy with Wyatt and their employees. It's a good sign when employees clearly like their employer and their jobs.

David from WyattWorks did a great job of estimating my plumbing job and I will happily have them return to complete job.

Ricky came to our home on a Saturday so I didn't have to take time off work. He looked at my extensive list of things to do in our new to us home. He gave us upfront pricing on everything and even got our kitchen faucet replaced, garbage disposal installed and water run to the fridge for the ice maker today! We are looking forward to having them back soon to replace our 1984 hot water tank (which they usually only last 10 years) before we wake up one day to cold showers. Thank you Ricky and Wyatt Works for always providing excellent and consistent service.

Left a big pile of dirt in my yard. When I asked them to put it back the way it was they told me it would be another $2000 for landscaping. Total cost was $6600 to clear a pipe with a snake and to repair a couple broken sewer pipes! I feel like I got robbed and still can't believe the mess they made of my yard.

Very efficient and courteous. Did an excellent job, have used them in the past. Will again.

Incredible professionalism. Technician was wonderful analysing and explaining problem. He gave us four options for repair. He was quick, efficient, polite, and respectful to our property. My wife and I both agreed when he left we would not be going to anyone else for our plumbing needs. Exceptional.

Dan and Wyattworks in general have to be one of if not the best plumbing/sewer repair companies around. They are all knowledgeable, professional and have the skills to find and fix the problem. I am over the moon happy that I found them.
