Sonny/Bed Bug Pros deserves a “5” star rating….If I could give this a higher star rating, I would! Our situation which prompted us reaching out to Sonny couldn’t have come at a worse time for my family. My Dad was terminally ill and unfortunately, with different “disciplines” coming into our house, we discovered a beg bug situation (thankfully, very early on)…Sonny promptly came in for an assessment & indeed, noted the presence of bed bugs. Sonny explained his whole process of treating this type of problem & while it required a fair amount of preparation on our end before each treatment, it was worth it & gave us peace of mind that his process would be effective~~I am here to tell you, it has been effective!! This was our first & going forward, our LAST experience with bed bugs…it was quite traumatic for our family (dealing with a terminally ill family member also at that time just magnified the whole thing) but Sonny truly made an awful situation easier to get through. He was kind, non-judgemental, extremely professional, flexible when we needed to change dates for a treatment~~we would highly recommend Sonny & his process to anyone who finds themselves in need of a specialist in bed bug removal~~and DO NOT wait!! We were very lucky to get it addressed at an early stage….Sonny & Bed Bug Pros is the way to go!!

Called Bed Bug Pros after finding suspicious bugs in our house. Sonny responded quickly and identified the bugs. He came out to inspect the house and determined that the bugs were bat bugs, which are very similar to bed bugs. Sonny then told use the difference between the two and recommended how to proceed with the issue that we have. He also gave us helpful ways to make sure and protect our house against bed bugs in the future. Thank you so much for your help and expertise!

Sonny was extremely responsive and spent time on the phone and in my home explaining what he would be doing, how to look for bed bugs, and how to prevent them infecting my home. He did not find evidence of bed bugs. He came promptly for our appointment and I just can't say enough good things about this company. In the future if I suspect I have them or if my home needs treatment, I would not call any other company than this one.

Sonny was very responsive and explained all he would do in an inspection over the phone which was helpful. He arrived for the inspection and again highlighted what he was looking for and how to detect evidence of bed bugs. To say Sonny is wonderful would be an understatement. Took time to both treat the house and educate our family. Would hands down recommend this company. I began to realize that I had some sort of bug infestation in my home when I found a bug of sorts crawling on me in bed. I immediately assumed I was infested with bed bugs. Luckily I searched the internet for a solution and found Sonny. I sent him a photo of the bug and he immediately responded and indicated I was infested with carpet Beatles. That was a relief for me. Thereafter I communicated with him several times. One remarkable thing about him is that he always responded to me promptly. That was a surprise in this day and age. That is because several other companies I called never responded at all. He provided important and sensible advice to me about the solution. My opinion is that if you have an infestation problem calling this company is the best thing you can do. You will get professional, responsible and practical service. I am left grateful. *****

Definitely call The Bed Bug Pros if you think you have Bed Bugs!!! I searched the internet for professional solutions immediately and found great reviews for The Bed Bug Pros. Sonny came out ASAP, inspected the area of suspected bed bugs, provided extensive knowledge, and assured me they were just carpet beetles (whew)! Easy clean up for me and no charge from Sonny! Don't waste your time with other pest control companies - call The Bed Bug Pros right away!

I was told by a dermatologist that marks on my skin were bug bites that were potentially bedbugs and I would need a professional inspection to determine and treat. I called the two companies she recommended and neither one answered or returned my calls. I ended up calling The Bed Bug Pros and was assured by Sonny that I could safely leave for my trip the next day, explaining how to prep and pack with no fear of bringing any bugs with me that might be in the house. When I returned, Sonny came out for an inspection and said I did NOT have a bed bug infestation. He found carpet beetle larvae and gave me advice on getting rid of that problem myself. There was NO CHARGE for the inspection and advice. I was so impressed by Sonny’s extensive knowledge, his patience in answering questions, his fast response, and his thorough inspection. It’s not always easy to find a professional who possesses all the qualities we look for in a service. Sonny is that person. I hope I never have to ask for another inspection, but if you do, call this company. You won’t be sorry!

After spending nearly $3,000 with ******** we still had bed bugs and they would not honor the contract any longer. I found Bed Bug Pros and read their reviews on BBB. We decided to hire them.
