      I purchased a chevy malibu for my grandson and it was listed on their website for 19,000 and this was the same quote I received from the sales person with a 4000 down payment, when we were filling out the paperwork I was assuming (I know stupid on my part) that the paperwork we were filling out was for 19,000 not the 27695.00 that I was charged, if I could have given this dealership a zero I would have, I have left a message on their website good luck with that and now the BBB, I also called headquarters and the person emailed me a list of site to file a compliant, will be doing that today..

      Horrible customer service. Lies when you ask them a question for an update because they must be too busy to take the time to look. Service manager is rude. Caused more damage to my jeep when I took it in for a warranty claim. Would never recommend them to anyone!

      Miss *******  I apologize for your experience you have had at our dealership. I know that the both of us have had numerous talks and it was my understanding that we had handled all the issues. I know when you brought your ******** in for the corrosion/rust on the doors/hinges we found similar issues with the hood that were not part of the original issue. I know that you are frustrated with the time in which it takes to get an approval for the repair but we have done everything in our power to accommodate and make this process easy. Feel free to reach out if we can accommodate anything else.

      HORRIBLE SERVICE, I PURCHASED A 2019 HONDA HRV at CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM OF WILLOUGBY WHICH I ONLY HAD FOR TWO WEEKS, THE ODOMETER STARTED FREEZING AND BLACKING OUT, I WAS TOLD BY PEGGY THE SALES REP TO CONTACT HONDA OF MENTOR. I MIGHT JUST NEED A PROGRAM UPDATE , A WEEK LATER I HAD AN APPOINMENT AT HONDA OF MENTOR AND THEY ADVISED ME THAT I NEEDED A CLUSTER INSTRUMENT , ( MEANING I NEED TO REPLACE THE WHOLE DASHBOARD $ 1600.00 DOLLARS ) AFTER I JUST PAID 22,000 FOR THIS VECHICLE WHEN I REACHED OUT TO PEGGY SHE ADVISE ME I DIDNT PURCHASE A WARRANTY SO SHE CAN'T HELP AND I AS A CUSTOMER WAS MAKING THINGS VERY DIFFICULT , THE AUDICITY OF HER TO TELL A CUSTOMER THAT , AND BEFORE I MADE MY PURCHASE IT WAS DIFFICULT WORKING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP THEY TRIED TO CHANGE THE PRICE AFTER I RECEIVED A PURCHASE ORDER BEFORE HAND TO GIVE TO MY CREDIT UNION , THEY RAISED THE PRICE OVER 4,000 MORE THAN WHAT I WAS GIVEN , THAN LIED TO MY CREDIT UNION AND SAID I WASNT RESPONDING TO THERE CALLS ON IF I WANTED THE CAR FOR WEEKS , WHICH WAS ANOTHER LIE BECAUSE I VISTED THE DEALERSHIP ON A SATURDAY AND TWO DAYS LATER I RECEIVED THE PURCHASED ORDER TO GIVE TO THE CREDIT UNION DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER BAD EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN

      Horrible service. Questions never answered, NO contact from dealership about my order nor any updates provided. I needed to pursue myself any questions I had. The Service center is filled with individuals who don't know their job very well, they were not able to answer any questions I had about future service/upgrades. Then when I decided to go elsewhere they decided to make it very difficult to give me my REFUNDABLE deposit back. It has now been over a week and still haven't seen the refund, nor any proof that it occurred.

      I had a service appointment for 9 AM for my vehicle I arrived at 9 AM spoke to the service representative and asked about a loaner I was told that they did not have a loaner available I stated to her that I really need my vehicle back for work tomorrow and please give me a call back for a status update, the representative verified my contact number and clearly acknowledged my request. At 2 PM I called the service department and I was told that my vehicle has not been looked at and there was one vehicle ahead of me,again I stated the importance of me needed my vehicle and or a return phone call. During the 4 o’clock hour I never heard anything from the service department so I called a couple times did not get an answer . I also left voice messages. It is now 6 o’clock I haven’t heard anything from anyone I did speak to someone in the sales department that stated that everybody from the service department was gone for today. No one from that service department call me at all . Now I’m in a situation where I would have to call off work tomorrow because I have no vehicle I do not think this is fair this is truly poor customer service no communication whatsoever. I would never ever use the Willoughby location ever again even though I purchased two vehicles from them they will never get the opportunity to service me again as a customer.

      I purchased my lease a few months before maturity from CDJR of Willoughby and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The salesman added a premium extended warranty of $3400 into the purchase price without asking if I would like an extended warranty. He also didn't send the payoff to the lease company and the lease company kept harassing me that I was going to be sent to collections and my car may be repoed. I still don't have my memorandum title after 2 months. I canceled my extended warranty and the finance manager asked why I got it in the first place. I told him that I never asked for it. He replied that I should look at my paperwork more carefully. Maybe your salesmen shouldn't be sneaking in warranties. Well, I thought the finance manager sent the cancellation for the extended warranty like he said he would do, but he never did. I had to call and send the cancellation to the company myself. This all started October 11th and it is December 11 and it is still not finished.
