            I have been trying to reach the billing department at the Willoughby and Mayfield Heights location. I receive a bill but my insurance was never applied. I register my appointment online and provide my insurance information. I took my insurance card with me to the appointment and provide a copy. I have called and email both location and no one was returned my calls. I have insurance and do not want to pay out of pocket. I am not receiving past due notices.

            I give this company 0 stars out of 5 if I could. Every appointment my family has had there has been cancelled. Sometimes an hour before the appointment. I don’t think their phones in the office even work. Every time you call it goes to a call center for scheduling only. I needed information about a referral from them and I was unable to even get anyone on the phone for 4 straight days.
