  Hired this company to help complete a bedroom and walk-in closet remodel. Had us pay half up front, and then additional for materials, where they only used a fracton of the funds, and then kept the rest. Came out one day for 3.5 hours, and another for 6. cancelled 4 other times. Once they even had the nerve to use the excuse that they were "just too tired" and another they said they came and that no one was home (they were), and then only sent me an email and refused to text or talk over the phone. Barely got any work done while they were there. Spent more time outside smoking than working. Then they refused to complete the job or return the money paid. Wires and walls were left completely exposed. Im happy to share pictures or scrren shots of out coversations to anyone thinking of using this company. **********************

     We were referred to do this job by a structural architect.  When we got there to look at the job it was partially demoed.  Studs were up and wires were running between studs exposed.  We discussed with them that we would take on this job and agreed on a labor only price.  Materials would be extra.  The owners also wanted us to reuse the wood that we were taking down to save them money.  We then asked when we could start, and they gave a day and time to start. We then asked how early we can come during the week.  They told us 4:30. We said 4:30 is to late so we would then have to wait till the next weekend to continue with the project. They did not have anything to say about that. Suddenly we received texts about what hours we are to work and what we are to complete on the days and when it is to be complete.  We also do maintenance for a few properties.  When we get a call for that we need to take care of them if it is an emergency situation.  The first day we started we worked we cut down framing and removed walls that were not removed and figure out where all the wires that were exposed prior to us getting there would go. We only cancelled once since we started and that was because we had to deal with a emergency plumbing issue that they were aware of. (that was on a Sunday) We then were able to come on Monday at 8:00 am. We worked thruout that day framing cutting and hanging drywall and putting in junction boxes for the electric and secure the wires we needed to move.

     They wanted us to give them prices at that time to put in carpet and put up trim and paint.  I told them I would get back with them.   

     Bottom line is we gave them a great price and did extras to help them. The price was less than half of estimates they received from other contractors. Also, we never were told of a completion date until after we started and it was not agreed upon. 

     We did in fact go to their home at 3:00 like they told us to.  We went there and no one was there we stayed until 3:15 then left. If you need any more information please let meknow.
