We stayed on Monday the 19th and checked out on Tuesday the 20th. When we arrived the toilet was leaking in room 331. We advised them that the toilet was leaking in that room so without even checking it out, they moved us to room 333. In room 331 the shower was on and running, i turned it off, but it leaked hot water all night long. When I checked my debit card, I saw a charge for $150. I called them and asked what the charge was for and they said it was for a broken toilet in room 331. I said we hadn't even stayed in room 331. They said you broke the toilet. There was a hand dolley in the hallway in violation of OSHA and fire codes. I have called multiple times to talk to the manager, but he never returns my calls. The entry way was dirty and unkempt. I talked to Eva yesterday and she is the one who checked us in, and to whom we reported the toilet leak. I also talked to Debra yesterday, she took my name and number, and said she cold see my other notes, and said she didn't know why we were being charged as the leak was reported to mgt correctly. Today I spoke to a man who said the manager had purchased a new toilet and hung up on me.
