we were redoing our kitchen. I had no idea about flooring, except carpet. the best laminate website is terrific. I spent lots of time looking at different companies, web sites, reviews, etc. best laminate lets you virtually see what the flooring will look like in your home. The prices were better than almost every other company- but, I could "see" what I was getting. I would recommend best laminate to ANYONE

We purchased our home last year. The house had COREtec WPC laminate flooring that had been been installed when the house was built in 2006. Carpet in the bedrooms though. We wanted the same laminate to match in the bedrooms. Lo and behold we found the exact flooring at BestLaminate!!! Yes, they were the only one. We had searched for weeks. They were extremely helpful throughout the process even after delivery. All aspects of the purchase went smoothly. We did the install ourselves. Called for information on availability on trim and was given a better price per sq yd. On flooring. Wonderful surprise. Easy setup gor delivery and overall great experience. Have not had flooring very long but hoping it wears well.BestLaminate, Inc Response

Great company. Made my flooring purchase easy. Haley, my sales rep, was fantastic. One of the seventeen boxes I ordered was damaged in shipping, but you guys immediately gave me the option of a new box or cash refund. I have already recommended BestLaminate to friends. I would definitely give you more business in the future, but my wife says I'm getting too old and too slow to do another flooring project. Thanks!BestLaminate, Inc Response

By far the ABSOLUTE worst company I have ever dealt with. Own a business and I know how important customer service should be and that you should stand behind your product. They we great to deal with when ordering samples, mailing out product, checkin in once I got it, then when we had an issue- no one returned our calls until we continuously kept trying. Floor was messed up and they tried to make it right after pushing. Put our entire house on hold. Got the new shipment, product was bad AGAIN. Couldn’t wait any longer and had to tear everything out and pay our floor company twice. They continued to change their “refund” requirements to benefit them and showed no remorse for what they had put us through. They’ve yelled, called us “unreasonable” all while not trying to understand the stress and financial problems they have caused. I have sent them their floor back, they will see first hand that it cannot be laid down in a house and come out correctly. Spend the extra money and buy local.BestLaminate, Inc Response

We bought ********** *********** ********* ********** Laminate. It is beautiful and great quality. I ordered 31 boxes. 1 box had damaged planks but it was fine bc I ordered the extra 10 percent and didn’t need them. Order extra just in case. The floor came on time and delivery was a breeze. Best laminate has a complete process which I appreciated. Their website was fairly easy to navigate. I loved using the "picture the floor in your room". It helped me make decisions on color and type of flooring. the ordering process was organized, I was able to change my order easily. the delivery communication was excellent and the installed flooring looks beautiful.BestLaminate, Inc Response
