I purchased a membership for my son in January it has been less than 3 months and I have been charged 5 times already. I attempted to cancel my calling, logging into the website, emailing and cannot get a response at all. The only response who did receive said canceling varies from different facilities and make sure you pay what you owe... I have now paid 146.34. January - 13.21 and 26.86 February - 26.86 March- 52.55 and 26.86Business response

This planet fitness will not answer their phone so communication is near impossible. Calling their 3rd party payment processor will not allow cancellation and/or refunds on purchases. I had a recurring membership I want cancelled and they have refused without me being there in person although I have no means of transportation and it’s a snow storm. I could not be in person and the money they took drove my account negative last week and was returned just to put me negative again today as they pulled again. I do not have any money and they say they need it in writing which will take days of delivery in addition to response time when I need my last ten dollars today. This is completely unprofessional and an unacceptable way to treat any sort of clientele.Initial Complaint

Anthony GM, was insulting, rude, didn't help and told me "I should better balance my check book, it's your problem and this is a dumb phone call, I camt help you." His manager stills and approached the issue incorrect, he personal insulted a Customer. Had no people skills and I felt he just didn't want to help. No Compassionate empathy makes me want to take my service somewhere else.
