I had my Suit Cleaned by Raw Crow Cleaners. When I brought it home, I hung it up in our closest Thinking all was fine. This past week I Tried on my Suit and Quickly Realized its not mine. I had a Custom made suit to fit me. I'm 6'5 and this Suit doesn't fit. I tried on the Jacket and it was way to small, the pants and shirt was the same. After contacting the Business at Ray Crow Cleaners, they informed me about a 90 day policy? No where on my receipt ticket says anything about it. They said there is nothing they will do for the mix up. So now, I am out of a Custom Tailored Suit valued over $350.00. I would like to be compensated for a New Suit.Business response

This customer dropped off the suit and shirt on 09/28/2021 and picked up the garments on 10/30/2021. He contacted us the week of September 26,2022 stating the suit did not fit and it was the wrong suit. This was eleven months after he picked up the order. I still do not believe we should be responsible for this issue due to the time involved. Why has he not noticed this before now?
We regret he feels we did not handle this appropriately. We always strive to make our customers satisfied. our long-time regular customers will agree.
I am willing to meet with the customer to discuss a reasonable settlement. i ask he brings the suit, shirt, receipt from the purchase of the suit and proof of the size, brand etc. of the suit when and where he purchased it, If it was custom made the store should be able to provide this information.
I will be waiting for a response.

I am rejecting this response because:
When I called they were very rude. They responded by saying there is nothing I can do about it. Now that BBB is involved now you want to retract what you said over the phone. I purchased the suit down in Nashville, TN a couple of years ago, and I'm trying to find the name of the company I got it from to track down the receipt. Its a bit ridiculous for you to ask for that. I will go get measured and bring you the proof along with the suit.Business response

As stated in my previous response, I regret and am sorry this issue was not handled appropriately.
I also stated I am willing to meet with the customer to discuss a reasonable settlement. My only requirement is for the customer to bring the suit and shirt and we will discuss a settlement price. The customer should call ************ to arrange an appointment.
