              On June 7th 2023 I purchased from Santmyer Oil $120.00 worth of REC 90 Non-ethanol Fuel from their location at **** ******** ***. *******, OH. The fuel was bad and had water in it causing a repair bill for my ATV in the amount of $190.46. So far they have only offered to reimburse me for $41 from a previous purchase a week earlier and said they would turn my repair bill into their insurance which does not guarantee it will be paid. I would like to be refunded for the remaining fuel I have left, which is approximately 18 gallons at current price and to be reimbursed for the repairs to my equipment.

              This company used my saved banking information for when I went online to make ONE TIME payments and took a payment of over $700 (without my authorization) over drawing my bank account! When I called to inquire I was assured it would be reversed, only to find out the next day that it had not been yet to them saying the only way they would reverse it is if I signed and submitted an automatic EFT form.sounds like predatory practice and coercion to me! Yes I owe a balance and Im happy to work that out, but they cant just take money from my account without my authorization or funds to cover! Unacceptable
