After 20+ years of paying premiums with no claims filed, I get a call from the local agent informing me the company would not be renewing the policy unless I replace the roof within the next month. I can't afford a new roof in that time frame. Very disappointed. Like all insurance companies they have secret algorythms and shadow policies to charge more or cancel.Review from Letty H

never had a claim that was my fault..i own a business..got audit from them...been in business for over 20 years..one of my subs lacked on his insurance my penalty..is over $13,000 re..up on mu insurance..possible..$11,000 lack of disclosure..nor breakdown i have over 100 bbb reviews..over 250 ****** reviws..ove 400 birdeye reviews all 5 stars!!.....i will be not backing down..this a bad economy....where is the forgiveness i also am a disabled vet!!!Review from Michaele M

The worst **** road side assistance and customer service ever! Broke down at 1am and I am waiting still at 5am for a tow truck in the middle of almost nowhere. Every single representative had the thickest accent , acted like they couldnt understand what I was saying and entered the incorrect information multiple times delaying the lrocess for a tow truck. Then 4 hours later they call me to say the cheapest provider is going to be another 2 hours before they get to me and on top of that I still have to pay for a portion of the tow out of my pocket. They aren't worried about leaving their customers on the side of the road for multiple hours. It's all about saving money for themReview from Haley L

Have been a loyal customer for almost 15 years and my husband and i got dropped as soon as my husband got a wreckless operation on his record . No chance to make things right . I figured they'd just rise our rates, not drop us completely.Review from An V

This company makes a the settlement after a wreck worse than the wreck itself. It's been 2 months since their insured hit my car and I still haven't seen the first ***** of what I owed from my car he managed to total, rental reimbursement, or the money I was promised for partial of the taxes paid on the new car I bought bc their insured totaled mine. My car was completely paid off. Now I have a car payment on top of my other bills I was already struggling with and can't even manage to get the money for my totaled car. If 0 stars was an option I would do it. Don't plan on getting a hold of anyone for the claim either. Mine has switched from one person to another to handle and in the beginning with each one response time was great, then tapered off to struggling to speak with anyone. 2 months I feel is more than enough time I've been patient with this company. If I dont receive payment soon I believe I will be filing a complaint along with possible legal action if at all possible.

Filed a claim 7-5-22, 8-5-22 we are still not able to bring a contractor in as we haven't received a check yet. These people assign you an adjuster and then they disappear. Call them 20 times and left messages, they return call and blame someone else for their **** poor performance.. Worst customer service ever. I do not recommend.
