    I purchased a couch with reclining ends & matching chair from family mattress Aug 2020. About a week after receiving it I noticed the left end recliner was not working properly. You are not able to recline & it looks like it is separating from the rest of the couch.They had some guys from the store come out & look at it. They said it was a manufactured defect & another couch was on order. They would let me know when it was in. Quiet a bit of time had gone by all along I was keeping in touch via phone or text. I even stopped in & spoke to a gentleman that assured me it would get fixed. Left & more time passed. Still texting to see what is going on & was told they were overwhelmed with repairs & I needed to contact *** repair company & they would come out & look at couch. They came out Nov 2021. The gentleman said he knew what was wrong, he would let the store know so they could get the part ordered. He did say keep on them so it gets ordered. The part would be delivered to my address. I have received nothing & can't get an answer if part was ordered. I have been communicating via text with store & noticed sign was gone so I asked via text if they closed & I was told no they had moved around back of building. Made several attempts to stop to talk to someone but nobody was ever there. I finally received a ******** message letting me know they were working on things because she walked out, told no one & was still answering calls/texts in addition to collecting a paycheck. Now the store is closed. I spoke to Family Mattress I found on ******** & was told to email ************************ I have emailed a couple of times & have received nothing back. I have even tried to visit another store in ***** & it doesn't exist. I am furious about the lack of communication & being bounced around & still have no more info than when I started. I feel they need to honor the repair I was promised I can't even use that end of my couch & I can't afford to go out and buy another.

    We bought a hybrid Sapphire mattress from this store and it came with a 10 year warranty. In less than two years we began to find this mattress did not meet our expectations. The bed was so soft on the edge that we could not sit on it without sliding to the floor. It developed a hump or hill in the middle between my wife and I where we slept, and a definitive dip where we each laid. No one would answer their phone. We contacted the store via ******** and were told they could only communicate through texting. So for three months we went around and around as the store manager made no effort to resolve our case. I finally contacted the mattress manufacturer and they directed me to a Box Drop Outlet. This was the company who owns the Family Mattress Outlet franchise. They told us that the only warranty they would provide would be to exchange our mattress for an exact same model that they had (open box). We told them we did not want the same mattress and not only that but one that was unpackaged. They then told me that we were the only ones in the history of their company who ever complained about one of their mattresses, completely discrediting our complaint. There was no further resolution on the warranty, and they stopped communication.
