We are trying to cancel our monthly subscription. All of this company’s business is conducted online and all purchases go through immediately, however when trying to cancel our subscription they demand that we talk to a representative first, and that we will have to wait several hours to hear from this representative.Business response

Our online policy states that customers can cancel at any time. We strive to offer the best in customer support, and usually handle requests within 24-48 hours, even on weekends.
This customer's request came through, and was handled in that timeframe. No unwanted shipments or charges were incurred after the date of the inital request, as seen in the attachment.
Our web team is currently discussing adding a cancel button directly in a customer's account portal, as part of our product roadmap.

“ leakproof” Defective product leaked all over and destroy new floors with urineBusiness response

"** *" has opened at least 5 different accounts with us. In each account, she has placed very large orders and abused our first-time customer coupons each time. Despite filing this complaint, she just opened a new account yesterday (9/18) and ordered 24 more boxes with yet another first-time customer coupon.
This complaint should be completely disregarded.

I am rejecting this response because: I DO NOT HAVE 5 ACCOUNTS . Nor does that address the issue of the guarantee that this product is leakproof . in a prior email which by their own admission and is not disclosed on their website one side / corner isnt actually leakproof and it should be taped to prevent leaks. This constitutes false and deceptive advertising. All AFTER the Fact that damage was done! I paid almost $1000 USD for multiple boxes that ended up Leaking and destroying my floors. Payment was provided for a defective /malfunctioning product. Looking for a resolution for the ACTUAL issue at hand , not putting the respsonibilty on a paying loyal repeat customer that has even refered other people and animal rescues to their business. I used all boxes according to manufacturer instructionsInitial Complaint

I have been trying to cancel a subscription service with this company and the only way to do so is to email them through a form on the site. They are not responsive and the one response I did receive totally ignored my cancellation request. I feel like they want to delay my cancellation until the next month’s shipment goes out and then we start the process over again perpetually.Business response
