8 Memory Lane, that is part of Auction Ohio, twice promised to send me a refund for a lot I didn't receive and failed to do so. They have not responded to my next two requests for my refund. I recommend not doing business with them unless you want to risk being lied to.Review from Randy J

This is the most forthright and honest auction house I have ever bought or sold through. If a problem arrises and I can understand that problems arrise, they have worked with me to make sure I got a fair shake. The terms of the auctions are clear and easy to understand. I feel safe with their online payment portal with no extra credit card fees. I've also sold my personal possessions at my home through Auction Ohio. The associate was quick, professional and very knowledgeable. the pickup was effecient. All of my sold item disappeared within 3 hours and I received payment within 10 days of my auctions end.Review from Rolland K

I've bought from dozens and dozens of auctions. Most people that run these auctions are great. A few are not... you have to learn who does a great job and who to avoid. There are 2 current sellers that I avoid due to deception. And one I haven't seen on for a while. If you avoid the bad apples, it's a great experience.Review from MONICA V

I have been bidding at Auction Ohio since May 2021 I have had a very 100% positive experience from all of the fantastic auctioneers, like:8 Memory Lane/owner **** is a fast shipper, pleasant and honest and reliable, responds fast ***************** **** is a fast shipper, pleasant and honest and reliable, responds fast Tag Sales by *************/ wonderful experience ******* **************************************** notch ************* Auction Center/owner **** is courteous and efficient ***************** Online Sales/ efficient ******************, LLC/ the owner ***** is a joy, efficient, reliable ********** Auctions/owner ****** is efficient, professional, responds fast Then comes the big problem, I encountered with Elite Sales~ the following is a letter I sent out yesterday~I spoke to a man by the name of ***** Davis, he had left me a message on my phone yesterday.He stated he was calling regarding shipping.and said "WE DONT SHIP JEWELRY."Even though ***** said say would, we do not. We have had issues with buyers, not you, but others, its not you it is our policy.I am in possession of the jewelry now, it is at the warehouse.WE CAN OFFER YOU A REFUND.So I called him, spoke for 3 minutes.Bottom line is this he said HE WILL NOT SHIP OUT THE JEWELRY.SAID HE SPOKE TO YOU AND YOU WILL BE REFUNDING ME I am very hurt and upset about this, he made a few statements that were very rude and uncalled for, in front of my New Years Eve ******* I had visiting here, AS he was on a landline speaker phone ( I have MS and use it 100% of the time thus way). So sad.It was not at all professional.The only suggestion I can offer you is this, NEVER ,EVER TELL A BUYER who specifically asks BEFORE THEY BID THAT YOU WILL SHIP OUT JEWELRY. You were wrong to tell a potential bidder YES WE SHIP, and in doing so you created two week problem.COPY FROM YOU:Wed, Dec 8, 10:36 AM (10 days ago)Reply to me Hello, if the only thing you win is jewelry we will ship it out. If you win more than jewelry we wont be able to ship.( COPY OF YOUR LETTER FROM YOU, PRIOR TO BIDDING ON THE *** AND THE RING)I will await the REFUND, this has been the most horrible experience online bidding in 20 years I have ever encountered. I HAVE WASTED A LOT OF TIME AND ENERGY, SAT UP HOURS WATCHING AND BIDDING, AND SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY. I am disabled with MS, AND THIS IS VERY BAD FOR MY HEALTH. IT HAS STRESSED ME OUT TO THE **** This I am sure you , nor ***** have a care in the world about. Upset, you bet, but that's the way the ball bounces.

We don't ship jewelry. I personally had a conversation with this buyer when she purchased items from **** and *************************. I paid for shipping for those items and gave this buyer clear instructions. Again, let me make this clear.....we do not ship jewelry.
