    Today I had an oil change done. (usually get regular oil, which they order ahead. I pay between $50 -$55, which is steep, but they were worth it for the service **** has always provided. I've been a faithful customer or ********************** for several years. I've spent good money here.This time, they failed to check my service history, charging me $73, used the incorrect oil, (synthetic), & doing the bare minimum, topping off no fluids, which they always have in the past.I'm a single woman, on a budget, trying to make ends meet. For the little bit of work they did, it's impossible to justify what I was charged. $73 is WAAAYYYY TOO MUCH for the subpar service received. And now the front drivers seat on my car seems to be stuck and I'm not able to adjust it. If I'm unable to resolve this on my own, that's going to be another repair resulting from this appointment today. I'm hoping to resolve this on my own, without further money having to be spent. (Hoping it's just stuck and a little muscle will do the trick)I usually deal with **** there, and this time I spoke with the other "partner". Conversation started off talking and it was fine, but as soon as I asked him about the overcharge for the oil change his demeanor changed. I've never been treated so rudely. I called after the service to ask about the other fluids being topped. I was first hung up on, I called back, was called a liar, and advised they have never done this. He then laughed at me when I told him that I was having issues with my front seat adjusting, and he hung up. I'm now $20 over budget for the month of August, and it's not even 2 weeks into the month. This "partner" kept saying something to the effect that they weren't in business to do discount auto work or something like that.. Sadly you're not in business to give quality customer service either. People are struggling- your inability to understand your customers shows is poor customer service PLEASE PLEASE pass this business by...
