I purchased a noxgear light up harness for my dog. After the charge was depleted the harness would no longer work and would not charge. I have contacted noxgear MANY, MANY times trying to get tech support to resolve this and each time have give up with no response by phone even after messages left. And they don’t really respond by email other than acknowledging the ticket. And now my item is now out of the 1 year warranty period because of their lack of response!Business response

Hello,
I had the opportunity to speak with Ms ********** this morning shortly after her calls. I apologized to Ms ********** for the missed communications and conveyed that our staff does not always have an opportunity to answer phones immediately, but that we always try to respond to voicemails and emails as quickly as possible. We discussed the support issue she was contacting us about and though her original LightHound was no longer under warranty, I was pleased to be able to offer a new replacement at a significant discount. After completing the transaction during our call, her new LightHound was shipped out today. We believe this matter has now been resolved favorably both for Noxgear and for our customer.

I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint. I am impressed with the resolution that Noxgear cam up with. They are a reputable company that stands by their product!!!
