      On 06/01/2022 I payed 2067.23to Dodds Memorial to have a headstone carved , base is there this is to just be picked up an designed. I have been given excuses after excuses as to why it’s not placed yet . When I first payed I was told 6 months ok , than never heard anything they finally picked it up on September 8th of 2022 . Still hasn’t been placed yet !! Excuses #1 Covid #2 weather #3 it’s being sent to factory for engraving #4 being polished #5 vase is cracked which I’m convinced they did that during pick up so vase had to be removed. On 01/20/ 23 communicated with ******** ***** my headstone hadn’t even been touched yet from original meeting on 06/01/ 22 . On 01/20/2023 my headstone was approved by me. Than on 04/06/2023 **** ****** delivery was set for 4/25/23 weather permitted . I sent email for update on 04/26/ 23 now saying will be 5/31 /2023 . Again base is there only has to be placed on base . My husband passed August 12 2022 . Our 50th Anniversary is May 18th I want it placed by than !! No more excuses please an to be courteous enough to inform of placement . ******* *****

      I am so sorry there has been such a delay and back and fourth in with your order. We sincerely apologize that we have caused you extra grief during such a difficult time. I have been told from our Director of Operations that we will have it set for you by the 18th as it is a special date for you. **** * is aware of this as well and once he gets word it has been set, he will reach out to let you know.

      We paid $268.13 for damages to our mother's headstone that mowing crews at Ferncliff Cemetery, Springfield, Ohio did in June 2022. As of this date, the repair work is not done. We have reached out several times for resolution and keep getting a different story of the work to be done with a promise to call back and we get no response from the company. We ask the the funds be returned and this company be responsible for the repairs to the headstone for **** ** ****** who is buried in Ferncliff Cemetery, Springfield, Ohio.

      We apologize this has taken so long to get completed. I am being told it will be done within a 3 week time frame. Once work has been completed we will issue a full refund. Sorry once again for the delay.

      A year ago, I purchased a memorial stone from Dodd s memorial, and I made the mistake to pay the full amount.Since then I hear the same excuses time after time( from pamdemic to broken down trucks, not having drivers and more)You are going tp hear the same stories.Finally they call me and I found out, my spot taken by another one.The cemetery office said, is very easy to solve the problem, but the company has to get in touch with them. Which they don t.

      Thank you for reaching out and we do apologize that this memorial has taken so long to get set, but as of 8/22 the memorial is completed and at the cemetery. If there is any other issues that we are unaware of, please call **** ******* our President at ************ ext *** and we can discuss a solution. Currently though this order is complete and we are not aware of any other issues.
