Lisa who is the owner of this business. Plays many roles in her business and it shows. Poor customer service, lack of empathy and professionalism, falsifies informations to deflect her errors and contains poor communication skills. Lisa failed to book the appointment that we scheduled. We had already lost money and had to move the court date once due to this and we’re fearful this would happen again once we arrived at hotel for the second time stating there was no booking under the name nor the program. She does not answer phone calls even during weekday’s business hours. She prefers to screen the calls then text you. Uses words such as “prove it”, and“dishonest”Instead of “ would you be able to proved proof of previous payment” and stating“dishonest”about amount paid”instead of“failed to show proof for one of two payments made.” Never once apologized for her errors. Instead stated“if he needs to go today he can go to another one around town and I’ll throw in $25 bucks for gas.” Or “He can reschedule.” Then continues to text a location that is way out of the city. We did not have time to travel to a different city before there cut off time where they would then have the right to deny a refund. After speaking with the lawyer the lawyer said he would push the court date and to reschedule. Lisa denied our request to reschedule. She processed a return and blocked our numbers when we tried to contact her to get this straightened out. She takes no accountability for her errors. I told her she had no reason to deny her as well as what the lawyer stated. So Lisa falsified the reason. Said The reason for the return was due to abusive language, Dishonest about the amount Paid, refused to allow the client to speak to them, And that I called them unprofessional that they didn’t answer phone calls on days they were closed. She took half truths and falsified them. Letting someone know they are unprofessional is constructive criticism not abusive language. Lack of accountability.
