I ordered a special antique battery four times in the past five years and they have all been defective. The life is supposed to be 7 years so obviously these batteries are defective. I have tried to contact the company several times and they no longer pick up the phone or return my phone calls. On one phone call I was told to test the cranking amps and voltage and found that it wasn't performing properly. I have not been able to reach them since that phone call. I would like to get a refund since I have been forced to look for the battery elsewhere.Initial Complaint

On 5/3/22 I ordered a Mopar sealed script battery SKU SG27ML and order * ****** from Battery Central Mall $370.00 Over the course of 9 month I continued to call ***** to check the status of the battery and was advised that the supplier is back logged and things were taking longer than usual. I could understand this, but as the months went by and I was getting no results I was was becoming frustrated. On 01/31/2023, I finally got a tracking number and the battery was being shipped by UPS The battery was delivered on 02/04/23 On 02/06/2023 I went to install the battery in the car and noticed it was cracked on the top. I called ***** ********** ************ at Battery Central Mall and advised him of the problem. He asked me to send him photos, which I did and he began contacting the supplier Jim’s Battery MFG. I figured this return/ replacement would go smoothly and take no time at all. I ended up calling ***** several times a week and asking him what going, where is my new battery. ***** said, I don’t know what’s going on with them. Jim’s Battery MFG won’t answer my emails, phone calls or texts. ***** told me he sent numerous emails and attempted numerous phone calls and texts with no luck. ***** told me he was going to send me their information and I could try. In his email to me he told me to reference ** ******. I emailed the company the first time on 2/23/23 at 1026 MST and again on 3/2/23 at 1027 MST as of this morning 3/6/23, I have had no correspondence from anyone at the company. My emails included my name, address and phone number and long with my email address. I called the company this morning at 0739 MST and got an answering service. I left a message stating my name with their order * ***** and that I had sent them several emails about my battery and why has nobody returned any correspondence to me, along with ***** from Battery Central Mall. I told them I was going to contact your company in my 2nd email and on the phone today. I have heard nothing.
