NOT a viable option for outside! Fades noticeably in one year and eventually comes loose. Needs re-coating annually costing some hundreds of dollars each time.

You called in for a price on a DIY kit a few days ago, said you would call us back. Then post a 1 star rating for your floor that has not been sealed since the original installation in 2020. This does not seem fair at all.

Pebblestone was applied over our concrete patio 6/16/2020 and I was so pleased. I complained of loose stones and bleaching after one year - they added some ************* 9/29/21. As of today, only 3 years old, the patio is bleached out (I was told from the sun - well yes, it is outside) and the stones are coming loose (you cant walk on it barefoot, stones come into the house on our shoes), and the edges are breaking off. I called in the fall of 2022 to complain and they said to call in April. It took 3 months for someone to call to which I was told by contract (which I was never given) THEY have to treat it EVERY YEAR at a cost of $130! I was NEVER TOLD THIS. I was originally told by *********** it could be treated in about 3 years with ******** Water Sealer. The layer of stones are about 1/4 thick, not the 1/2 to 2 mentioned in the brochure. Please seek other options - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on an inadequate product and POOR service - oh, and dont forget a yearly payment (because if not treated BY THEM in 12 months (my first treatment was in 15 months), the Pebblestone IS going to break loose. If THEY CARED, they would have inspected it and offered a new layer of stone with the proper amount of epoxy that lasts longer than a year.

Hi. We were actually there yesterday. You posted this review after you scheduled your appointment with us. We have a few comments about your review. 1. No one has said a thing about $130. It is your responsibility to clean and make sure your floor is sealed with the proper epoxy sealant. It is stated that there is maintenance for these floor, also on your contract. That has been signed by you and is on file. 2. Your floor is in direct sunlight. We explained this to you not only on the phone but also in person. Making sure your floor is sealed is your responsibility. You paid good money for your floor, you should be taking care of it. 3. Not once did anyone tell you that if you did not "treat" your floor by us within 12 months for a yearly payment your floor would "break loose" as stated in your contract it is recommended to seal every 2 years. Once again, your responsibility. 4. Your floor is now touched up and sealed. There was a charge, because it is your responsibility to maintain your floor. We will not be replacing your floor as there is no reason to. We are striving to help everyone. We understand that a lot of folks skipped maintenance due to the pandemic a few years ago and are paying catch up with the amount of calls and are making every attempt to move forward, but not everything is our fault. It is the customers responsibility to clean and seal their floors, not the company's. We offer seals as a convenience. Stating mistruths to damage a company is on another level.

We had our patio done by Pebblestone in May of 2020. The stones are coming loose. There is one very bad area where you can see the original surface. They have been out to repair two areas at a cost to us of $139.90. That was after one year. Now new areas need attention. After many calls an agent came out to inspect. He told us he he did not know the cause of the deterioration. He would go backs to the office to discuss a game plan. He also repaired another area for the second time. We waited two weeksno response. We called and left a messageno response. We waited three days and called and left another message. Next day a service manager respondedsaid he could repair at a cost to us or wait for the owners decision. I chose to wait for owners decision. Obviously there is a defect in materials or application. It is still under warranty. Very disappointed in their lack of concern, their ability to respond in a timely manner. Wish I would have read the reviews first.

Hi there, We are requesting an update to this rating as your issue has been remedied and you are happy now. =)

This issue has not been resolved!! I have extensive notes over the past two years pertaining to Pebblestone and the deteriorating condition of my patio. It is a series of leaving messages, waiting for return calls, making appointments, no shows, etc. They finally attempted a repair which failed. We paid $605 for them to seal the patio and sidewalk. They missed two spots and never returned. There has been no resolution. This company was terrible to work with.

Do not use this product around your pool area. First, they installed the patio but after many calls, they finally obtained the correct anchors for the loop lock winter cover which no longer worked because of the raised surface. They sealed the patio two years later (for around $1,000) but applied the wrong sealant in one area. That area discolored. Their solution was to grind off the discolored portion. Grindings entered the pool, interacted with the pool chemicals, and discolored parts of the concrete steps and bottom. Plus, their workers stole a new drill, battery, and charger from my garage. No response from the company despite two certified letters and no response to my complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau.

Installation was in July of 2019. Seal coat was in September of 2020. We came back and did an overlay (completely new surface on top) in September of 2021. We have paperwork signed from the overlay stating *************** was satisfied. It is absurd to say we stole anything. 21 years of being in business and we never have been accused of stealing. We are not responding to letters she sends anymore as she signed off and we have satisfied her. We understand she is a widow and feel bad. At this point, we feel like she is harrassing us. BBB needs to start a sector to rate customers to give other companies the heads up.
