Our first complaint was taken care of by GreenHeart, the same company we are now submitting a new complaint against. The following are the points to our complaint.1.The flooring manufacturer replied The to GreenHeart with the results of the independent inspector.2.The results of the inspection and review of the independent inspectors report was that the installation of the flooring was done incorrectly, and the manufacturer will not provide any financial support for the reinstallation of the flooring.3.The original installation of the flooring was done by employees of GreenHeart when our home was being built.4.Based on the past incorrect installation of the flooring by GreenHeart employees, my wife and I do not want to use any employee of GreenHeart.5.We want to use a third-party flooring company to install new flooring supplied by this third-party flooring expert.6.We expect GreenHeart to pay the total expense of the new flooring and the labor for the replacement of the flooring.7.Based on previous problem solutions with GreenHeart, we know they will fight us.

To place a claim with the manufacturer of our flooring, we must work through the building of our home, that being GreenHeart Construction.Our problem is with GreenHeart not being responsive to our request for them to contact the flooring manufacturer. We have contacted GreenHeart as outlined below.April 10 Had a flooring contractor come to see if he could replace our flooring. He indicated that there are several claims made against the manufacturer of the flooring and we must work through the installation company, GreenHeart.April 11 we talked with Shar, an employee of GreenHeart. She explained that she would see what she could find out about the claims status. She said I will have to talk with ***** from the flooring division of GreenHeart but couldnt at that time as his daughter was having a baby and he was with her. **** said that she would find our file and get it to *****.April 16 talked with Shar again regarding the claims against the flooring manufacturer. She indicated that she gave ***** our file, but he was not in the office.**** 22 Talked with *****. Asked if he had our file as promised by ****. He did not have the file. He said he would find the file and see what had to be done.April 30 ***** said he couldnt find our file but will still look for it.May 1 contacted BBB to submit a claim.
