We drove 30 mins. From Niles to the Store. **************** from the people that work inside the store are always Nice. The cashier's Most are okay to nice, Their Flyer stated Avocado's were on sale for 69 each. We tried to buy 10, but then when checking out, the cashier made a Huge Fuss about how many we can buy. She said only 2 for that price and the rest were **** each. Classic Bait and Switch. We showed *** the Flyer and NOWHERE did it say that. Really? We went back to produce and the sign had tiny little handwritten letter's that indicated only 2 for 69 We honestly didn't see it. It was Sooo Embarrassing what the cashier did, hold up the line and proceed to chastise us like we were Stealing Them! Pull the Store Security Video to See Why Any Employee should NOT react in that manner. I heard Many customer's blaming the cashier, one actually said out loud he thought she was "Acting like a B****!" My husband had to video the "incident" on His Phone for proof/evidence. He wanted to Post it Live on ******* but I convinced him Not to. We Like Rulli Bros. It's a Good store - Not a Great store. It's Not About the money. It's about Trust! Will we Ever Trust Rulli Bros. Flyers to be Honest? Or Now Knowing their Deceptive Advertising expect to See "tiny/ small" print in the store - limiting purchases? Do we have to call the store before we go to find out if they're really that price? Maybe Just find another Grocery store that Doesn't Bait and Switch their Product's Price's.
