I have had Molly Maid come to my home for probably over ***************************************** as I needed to trust the company coming into my home. The first visit I remember chatting briefly with the cleaners and then stayed out of their way as they continued their work. I absolutely love the dedication and thorough job I have seen in my "very lived in" **************** seems to sparkle and always smells fresh. I am no longer home when they arrive and feel very comfortable if my usual cleaners are not available or if times need to be altered. I am always kept updated in advance. I love the time it allows me to take care of other life obligations and the Gift Certificates are terrific to offer the same to my friends and family.

I had them come to my house multiple times and the last few times they did a horrible job and almost ruined by hardwood floors as they slid my couch and chair across it instead of sweeping and cleaning under it. They also broke the light in my bedroom fan and didn't acknowledge it as we found out when we got home. When I brought to the owners attention ******* all she said was she was sorry and never offered to take money off my next cleaning or even repair.Last time they were at my house, they tried to over charge me and said they were at my house for 3.5 hours when my cameras proved differently.Katie's answer was "I am sorry but we have such a huge turnover and we try to train everyone the same but it's a learning experience and everyone progresses differently". She told me as we used their services more, our billing would go down. Nope on that too. The final straw was that I was scheduled for a monthly cleaning that is normally in the morning and she decided to move me to the afternoon and call me two days before I am scheduled. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you are thinking about using them. Horrible management skills overall..Molly Maid of Mahoning/Trumbull Counties Response

Thank you for your response. While your expectations were not met, our guarantee is to always fix or replace any damages or reclean any areas at no charge. I was not aware of the scratches on the floor until you told me several weeks later when scheduling another cleaning appointment. I did offer to come out and assess them & said that you already had it fixed. When there was a problem with the last cleaning, I offered to come scrub the tub myself (or send another team out) to get more of the soap scum out and reclean the entire bathroom - and again you said NO. When we schedule all cleanings, we try to accommodate your timing requests, however we are also consider driving in an efficient manner. We talked about several dates upon scheduling this weeks visit - and I scheduled your cleaning in the afternoon when they were in your neighborhood. I do not recall that you mentioned that you needed an 8:30am slot because I would have looked in the schedule for that opening. As the owner of our business for 19 years, I do take my business VERY seriously! I respect your concerns and appreciate you taking the time to review our business.
