Installed lights had issues with the lights they came took lights to service them demanded the rest of there payment before returning to reinstall them. I refused to make final payment to them until I could see if service issues was corrected. They refused to return and install lights before payment was made In full. Shady business

Reply 10/24/2022 On 7/18/2022 landscape lighting was installed on ***** and ********************* property. To my knowledge everything was installed perfectly with zero issues. In the first week of October (almost three months later) we experienced a couple issues that other customers had, from the same week the ***** lighting project was installed. Being proactive, our office reached out to ************ and left a voicemail explaining we were going to remove a few lights and bring them back for a warranty/recall (testing). During testing our service department was informed that the ***** had a past due balance on their account of $8,018.40. Our policy is not to do any additional service for consumers who have been delinquent with us. In fact, delinquent customers are on a prepay system. We should not have done additional service with their past due balance, that was our mistake. When ************ called in to the office (10/6/2022), to inquire when his lights would be operational he was informed that his past due account needs to be settled before we can send crews out. At this time he tried to negotiate his $8,018.40 balance due for a $6,000,00 settlement. We said thats unacceptable and the balance needs paid in full. ************ said I understand it is what it is and hung up. To date we have not heard back from the ***** to close their open account balance. On our end we have this as an ************ Order:-Pending payment of past due account balance-Once past due balances are paid we will continue to work for the ***** on a prepay basis.
