Terrible experience. I realize they arent accredited but I want to put this here so that anybody looking into having their child receive services through them can see. The *** withheld food from my son during a scheduled lunch time until a desired result was obtained which is against the practice guidelines for aba. Its ok to withhold special snacks but not meals in a child who doesnt eat well. She yelled at my son and seemed to be mocking him when he couldnt match his picture cards. The ***** Pressured and intimidated me into medicating my 3 year old (btw, these people dont have medical licenses to even make these recommendations), I refused to medicate and they dropped his hours. The medication was simply for sleep because he had trouble waking up and getting focused because of the insanely early hours that they demanded he do. I requested a change in schedule and they wouldnt do it. I requested a new team and they couldnt do that either. When I complained they wouldnt hold the team accountable and made excuses for them. When I wrote additional complaints I never got a response. They dont treat children well and my sons behaviors actually got worse during their treatment, after stopping Aba his behaviors improved tremendously.
