I've waited for my final walkthrough for 39 days, making numerous calls with no success. Despite my patience, they provide constant excuses, preventing me from speaking to Sherry. Maintenance has been in the home before my walkthrough, promises of callbacks go unfulfilled, and the 30-day deadline for an itemized list with deductions has passed. Sherry avoids resolution, and negative reviews are met with defamation threats. Additionally, maintenance responses are subpar, with random individuals doing incomplete jobs. Having lived there for nearly four years, I never encountered issues with the management company until Sherry took over. The current situation has been markedly different from my previous experience. Despite assurances of prorated rent and promises of prompt communication upon turning in my keys on December 10th, I've been met with silence and continuous excuses. The wait has extended over a month, leaving me frustrated with the lack of follow-through on their commitments.

In response to the above complaint:The walkthrough did not take 39 days to complete. It was 21 days. The reason she does not know that is because she did not leave us a forwarding address, which is required per her lease. Since this Review, I have talked to her and asked she come to my office so I could go over the move out pictures with her as well as delinquencies, but have not heard from her. I also explained to her, that due to the $510.00 water bill she left us to pay, ********************* unpaid rent and removing ***************** from the house and then having the cleaning done, she owes us $1,563.71. I am shocked and baffled how someone could make a complaint against their landlord full well knowing she left the unpaid rent and water bill owing. The security deposit was only $600.00.I hope this satisfactorily answers the above review.
