I went to get my very first spray tan and at first Allison was nice and patient and they reassured me I would not be orange or streaky. However, later that night, I gave her a call because it didn’t look right. She told me to give it through the weekend so I called Tuesday. Talk to Kelsey and sent pictures. Kelsey also reassured me, I could get a refund because the tan just did not work well with my body, didn’t hear anything for two days and they screamed at me told me they don’t do refunds that I can use their tanning beds or buy their health and wellness products instead of getting a refund which I told them melanoma runs in my family hence why I was getting a spray tan. Lori told me her husband owns the place and that he would be giving me a call later that night after 430 which that never happened either. Allison then screamed at me and told me if I left a negative Google review that they were going to sue me and then she hung up on me. Then after I called back, she told me she was getting the sheriff involved and hung up on me again. So they are trying to take away my freedom of speech if I left a negative Google review and also it’s been about a week and I still never got a phone call from the husband to talk about getting a refund and I’m afraid to call back to talk about options And I’m not sure what to do. They are completely unprofessional and now I have $85 worth of spray tans or regular tans or products but I’m afraid to go there because of how hostile and aggressive Allison was.
